Vendors are highly encouraged to setup early. Security guards will be on duty throughout the night if you need to setup on Friday beginning at 10:00 am. Otherwise, setup begins at 6:00 am on Saturday. All vehicles must be out of the booth and walkway area by 9:00 am.

You must bring your own tarp or covering, chairs, and tables for set-up. Security guards are on duty if you would like to set up on Friday at 10:00 am. Early setup is encouraged. Set-up begins at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday. All vehicles must be out of the Booth/Walk area by 9:00 am.
Please submit your application no later than 2 weeks before festival date. The Peanut Festival is a rain or shine event. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather. Cancellations with refund will be accepted until 2 weeks before the festival date.
Due to the compact size of our vendor area we must limit the number of booths for at-home businesses such as Avon, Mary Kay, Plexus, Vault Denim, Scentsy, etc. to one vendor. Returning vendors will be given priority. If you are a new vendor and see one of these types of products please contact the craft vendor coordinator for booth availability.
Prior vendors should respond by August 31st to secure previous booth location(s). Booths area assigned as applications are received.
Sales Tax: The Grapeland Chamber of Commerce is serving solely in the capacity as lessor of retail space. As such the vendor acknowledges that it shall be solely responsible for the sales tax collection and enforcement of provisions imposed by the State of Texas and shall in no way hold the Grapeland Chamber of Commerce responsible for sales tax enforcement. The Grapeland Chamber of Commerce understand that where possible the vendor may collect the tax from the consumer. (The City of Grapeland has an 8.25% sales tax rate)
